Cancellation Policy
Life happens and plans sometimes change. If you have to cancel, just reach out to us right away. When you notify us early, we can usually rebook that spot for someone else on our waitlist.
- Rescheduling: If you want to reschedule rather than cancel, then our team will be more than happy to do their best to find another time that works for you.
- Notice Period: While by no means require, we would greatly appreciate advance notice at least one day in advance if any changes or cancellations will need to be made.

Products
Order Cancellation Policy
- If you have order something but change your mind, we can cancel the order if you write to us within 2 days after purchasing the goods.
- If you have to cancel the booking please contact us by providing the booking information of the booking as indicated on the website.
- If you have already paid we honor your cancellation and provide a full refund.
- We can’t cancel orders that are already shipped but we can accept a return under our return and refund policy.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.
- Return Policy: Items may be return within 21 days after receipt.
- Condition of Materials: All materials will be new, as issued and in original packaging.
- Return Method: Return to our customer service They will give you instructions and help you out in every step.
- Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send the refund to your original payment method (based on the item’s condition). Expect it to hit your account anywhere from a couple hours to a few days, depending on your bank or processor.
NOTE: Shipping (if any) is not refundable unless defective and/or wrong item was receive.
